intu Merry Hill was recently named a top 10 shopping centre by data analytics company GlobalData according to research it carried out taking into account the requirements of both tenants and shoppers. The shopping destination ranked 8 from a list of 50 centres.

The centre is just 10 miles west of Birmingham, five miles from Junction 2 of the M5 and just three minutes’ walk away?from the modern Waterfront complex on the scenic Dudley Canal.?

We originally acquired the 1.4m sq ft centre in 2014 having recognised its future potential and now, with our 100 per cent ownership, we can look to unlock the opportunities to create a day-out destination.
